Thermoplastic Tanks
Standard rotomoulded PE tanks from 10 litres to 10 000 litres, designed to suit the application and using connections as required.
In-house manufacture of tanks in PVC, PP, HDPE or PVDF from sheet material, designed to the German DVS standard.
All types of tanks supplied: open/closed, round/square etc.

Fibreglass Tanks


In-house manufacture and design of fibreglass tanks for industrial applications designed to BS4994. All resins used, depending on operating conditions. Capacities from a few litres to over 100 000 litres. Tanks with conical or sloping bottoms can be designed and manufactured.
Fibreglass tanks can also be lined internally with thermoplastic for special corrosive duties. Liners include PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, PFA, Halar, FEP etc.

General Manufacturing
The manufacturing facilities can also be used to manufacture a wide range of equipment and systems, including: plastic piping systems, plastic ducting systems, scrubbers and other towers, plastic fans, covers, boxes, hoods etc.

Air Pollution Systems
Based on European technology, we offer a complete range of air pollution control systems on a turnkey basis.
All technology includes a full process guarantee for the following systems:
Chemical scrubbers, removing chemical pollutants, odours, or dust for hot or cold gases
Odour removal : odour removal using chemical or biological systems
Dry ceramic filters for hot dusty gases
VOC removal and wet electrostatic precipitators

Chemical Plant
The company supplies design, project and erection facilities for various systems such as bulk storage plants with pumping facilities, dosing systems, effluent plant and other specialised chemical engineering plant.

Special sulphuric acid dilution plants producing dilute cool acid from concentrated acid. Plants are offered as a turnkey project, including computerised process control.



Sewage Treatment Plants
Using the locally developed technology we can offer small to medium sewage plants using plastic, fibreglass and concrete materials as required by the application.

GENERAL PRODUCTS

FRANK Instrumentation This range includes plastic flowmeters (type M23 and M123), plastic pressure retaining and pressure relief valves, plastic pressure reducing valves, chemical guards for pressure gauges and plastic eductors/venturies.

KIRCHNER Flowmeters A proven range of glass rotameters with housings in mild and stainless steel, plastic as well as with special linings. Also flap and orifice type flowmeters for larger pipe sizes. The SR unit is an all metal flowmeter for high pressures or dangerous fluids.

ASIAN VALVE Range of Plastic Valves Full range of plastic high quality valves including ball valves up to 150NB, diaphragm valves up to 250NB, butterfly valves up to 600NB, other types such as non return, strainer, automatic units etc. All available in PVC, PP and PVDF.

TECNIUM Range of Plastic Pumps and Fans Over 33 years experience resulting in high quality pumps at affordable prices. The range includes large DIN type centrifugal pumps in PP and PVDF, close coupled centrifugal pumps, small PP centrifugal pumps, vertical spindle and sump pumps. Fans in plastic and fibreglass.

GAB Germany Range of Graphite Equipment High quality heat exchangers, condensers and absorbers manufactured from graphite for highly corrosive duties.
